I started working with Dennis and he was able to explain the 203K process and provide excellent advice on the renovation work we wanted in our new home. Dennis would accept my call any time of day and not try to push me off the phone. He provided excellent advice and guidance during the process. Trust me- we changed our minds a few times, and he dealt with our crazy back and forth. The first phase was installing the oak floors on two of our three floors. Andrew and his crew worked hard to complete this within the timeline I needed. Each time I brought up something I wanted changed he completed it without question. The floors are just beautiful! They make the house bright and open. I could not imagine living in a house without hardwood floors and I have never seen floors more beautiful. Then Tony and Doug came in to install a laminate floor in our basement and do some other minor work. Tony was prompt and extremely polite. He ensured each day whatever mess was made was cleaned and properly disposed of. He even helped rescue one of our cats from the basement with sticky paws…and allowed my 5 year old to ask him questions about the work he was doing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience using K.H. to complete the work in our home. We would recommend K.H.R. to anyone looking to start renovation work in / on their home.
